• All proceeds to benefit ACTC Construction Technology scholarships

• No ticket limit per person

• 1 ticket winner will be drawn on April 30th, 2021

• Winner shall be determined by a supervised random drawing pulled from all purchased tickets

• Winner does not need to be present to win

• In the event of an error of any kind, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the contest

• Winner must provide transportation of the shed before May 30th 

• Winner will be notified via contact information no later than May 5th, 2021

• Ticket purchaser must be 18 years or older to participate

• All ticket sales end on April 27th, 2021 at 11:59 pm

• ACTC assumes no liability to damage before, during, or after transportation

• The shed has no warranty affiliated to it

• ACTC assumes no liability for lost, late, misdirected, manipulated, illegible, or undelivered entries. Entries without proper payment will be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified
